(Washington, DC - July 1, 2021) - Today, Hostme announced a new integration of its online ordering system with Square payment system to make it easier for Hostme customers to accept online payments for the various services they offer through their restaurant management platform. Restaurant owners can now accept deposits, online order payments and reservation deposits and cancelation fees via Square.
Amongst the many benefits of this integration, online orders are updated in real time in the Square system while guests get informed via text when their order is ready. More efficient for restaurant owners, online menus only need to be updated once and subsequently are automatically shared between the two systems reducing the time spent updating multiple systems. And finally, guest information is also automatically uploaded into Square allowing restaurant owners to have the full picture of their guests in their POS system. “This integration marks another great opportunity for restaurant owners to streamline their operations with one of the top POS providers without having to compromise the excellence of their service.” says Evgeny Popov, Hostme CEO.
The many advantages of the Square POS system coupled with the flexibility and innovative Hostme restaurant management system undoubtedly will enable restaurant owners to move their operations to the next level and continue to optimize their business and grow their revenue while continuing to provide excellent experiences to their guests.
Founded in 2014 and based in Washington, D.C., Hostme provides restaurant owners and operators around the world with fast, intuitive, and flexible front-of-the-house systems for restaurants at a sensible price point. These include smart table management capabilities, including online reservations and waitlisting, table assignment, and server rotation, plus analytics reporting.
Square helps millions of sellers run their business from secure credit card processing with an integrated POS, Kitchen Display System, and more. With Square, businesses can send professional invoices, track them in real time, and accept payments all from the convenience of an online application easily accessible via any device and from anywhere.
