Privacy Request

• access a copy of your personal data
• correct (rectify) inaccurate data
• delete (erase) your data
• export your data (portability)
• restrict or object to processing, including profiling
• withdraw consent (marketing / optional features)

What happens next

• We verify your identity before processing (to prevent unauthorized disclosure).
• If your request relates to your data held by a specific restaurant (for example, a booking you made), that restaurant is the data controller of your data; we may forward your request to the restaurant or redirect you to it.
• Where Hostme is the controller, we respond within one month; for complex requests this may be extended by up to two months, in which case we will inform you.
• We do not charge for requests, except where permitted by applicable law (for example, where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive).
