Data Processing Addendum

For customers that process personal data of EU/EEA/UK data subjects, Hostme offers a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

The DPA covers:

• roles (customer as controller, Hostme as processor);
• processing details and categories of data;
• technical and organizational measures;
• subprocessor list and change notification;
• international transfers (EU Standard Contractual Clauses — Module Two, and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum);
• breach notification, audit rights, and deletion/return of data.

How to obtain the DPA:

• Existing customers: request a countersigned copy from your account manager or info@hostmeapp.com.
• New customers evaluating Hostme: email info@hostmeapp.com with your company name and country of establishment.

The DPA applies where executed between the customer and Hostme.
